White Chocolate-Coconut Cookies. I saw Paula Deen prepare this recipe on her program the other day and thought it would be a good treat to take to work. I even purchased a new silicone cookie scoop from Kitchen Collection to try out (I think I like it). I should have checked the reviews on this as it appears several people had trouble with this recipe. The cookies never spread out. I made two different batches and neither one worked. I guess I will have to think of something else to take to work soon.
