Last month Anna over at Cookie Madness posted about making this toffee. I've always been intimidated by making candy but was inspired by Anna who I think is just amazing. That toffee looks good! I feel so bad for you, with all of that humidity....NOT!
I want to make some candy, but my thermometer is old. I think the temperatures are way off. I tried making peanut brittle, and it came out soft.
I'm too lazy to go out and buy another one.
I've really been wanting to make toffee this year, but I'm running out of time! This looks great!
